Job Responsibilities:

Project Engineer

• Oversee and manage all project installation and engineering activities, including manpower deployment and work progress.

• Coordinate with customers, consultants, main and sub-contractors, as well as suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Manage site operations, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project milestones and ensure timely delivery.

• Plan, supervise, and control project operations, including cost reviews, manpower planning, and work scheduling.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and building owners.

• Prepare and submit monthly reports on project progress and operational issues.
  

Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end project management from design development, submissions, procurement, and construction through to testing, commissioning, and final handover.

• Plan, organize, and control all project elements, identify contractual gaps, and mitigate commercial, technical, and site risks while ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Business Development, Tender, Cost Control, and Service to support project execution.

• Manage conceptual studies, liaison with local authorities, pre-design and detailed design, procurement, and supervision of subcontractors for construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of building and M&E systems.

• Coordinate with consultants, data centre owners, and building landlords to ensure full compliance with mission-critical facility requirements.
  

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience will have added advantage

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
