About the role

This is a full time job working as the registered filling agent to join the dynamic team at CHANCE CONSULTING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. As a Registered Filling Agent, you will act as one of the company's secretaries for Chance Consulting's client. This is a full-time job that offers the flexibility to work remotely.

What you'll be doing

• Acting as a Company Secretary for a Singapore Company. The Registered Filling Agent shall ready have registered as filling agent with ACRA, and is able and willing to act as the client's Singapore Comanies' secretaries.

• Company Registration in Singapore. As a Registered Filling Agent, you will directly help the client to set up their companies. Including but no limited to filling set up applications, drafting resolutions and so on.

• Facilitating Company Information Updates. If the Singapore company needs to make changes, such as amending the board of directors, shareholders, financial year-end (FYE), registered address, or share capital, or if it needs to file annual returns or financial reports, the nominee director must assist by logging into Corppass using their Singpass credentials and facilitating remote operations on their device conducted by our team.

• Company Maintainance in Singapore. After setting up the companies, we also provide servcies about filling annual returns, accounting and tax returns filing to clients. You will help us draft and file documents to ACRA and IRAS.

• An advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore

• A public accountant registered under the Accountants Act 2004

• A member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) who either holds registration as a Chartered Accountant under Part 6B of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) Act, or has maintained associate membership with ISCA for a minimum period of two years

• A member of the Association of International Accountants (Singapore Branch)

• A member of the Association of International Accountants (Singapore Branch)

• An associate member or fellow of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS)

• A corporate secretarial agent (i.e. a person who is carrying on the business of providing corporate secretarial services for one or more companies and has been doing so for at least 3 years in the preceding 5 years; and has been a secretary of a company for at least 3 years in the preceding 5 years)
