Quality Engineer (up $4500 / Manufacturing / 5 Days) - #1129727

Location: near Marymount MRT
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Office Hour 

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join their team. This position focuses on maintaining high-quality standards, managing customer feedback, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.

• Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.

• Conduct product assurance checks and failure analysis to maintain quality standards.

• Monitor yield and quality trends, and prepare reports for repair, testing, and troubleshooting activities.

• Support administrative tasks related to quality processes, including documentation and invoicing.

• Assist in maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 standards and participate in audits.

• Contribute to ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Quality Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

• 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance or related fields, preferably in the semiconductor industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office & SAP experience 

• Knowledge of vacuum systems is a plus.

• Execellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a workshop environment.

• High integrity, discipline, and self-motivation.
