Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Development / Sales Executive who is proactive, strategic, and results-driven to support the expansion of our franchise and vending business in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
This role involves identifying high-potential business opportunities, driving franchise and partnership growth, and managing strategic placements for our vending machines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is comfortable with end-to-end business development, and can build strong relationships to accelerate company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate potential high-traffic locations for vending machine placements through on-site visits and data analysis (e.g. footfall, crowd flow, peak hours).
Engage and negotiate directly with landlords, property managers, and venue owners to secure strategic placement opportunities.
Assess feasibility of each site by analyzing rental cost, accessibility, power supply availability, and potential ROI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and partners to ensure long-term stability and future opportunities.
Assist in expanding and managing franchise operations — from lead generation, negotiations, and follow-ups to contract coordination and execution.
Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to enhance satisfaction and ensure sustained revenue growth.
Support marketing activities and campaigns to boost brand visibility and franchise acquisition performance.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, technical) to ensure readiness, installation, and business execution.
Track and report performance metrics, organize and analyze data, and update information promptly to support decision-making.
Requirements
Diploma in any field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development; experience in F&B, franchise management, or strategic partnerships is a strong advantage.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with strong commercial acumen.
