Responsibilities

• Manage strategic client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for allocated accounts.
• Conduct annual client needs assessments and develop account action plans.
• Understand client objectives and ensure delivery of tailored solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with internal teams to pursue them.
• Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals for pitches and RFPs.
• Lead negotiations and resolve objections using a consultative approach.
• Oversee proposal and budget creation for events and projects.
• Manage multi-functional and geographically dispersed teams to achieve account objectives.
• Monitor relationship health and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Translate client strategies into actionable plans aligned with organisational goals.
• Leverage industry knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor and promote company solutions.
• Uphold business ethics and sustainability standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in meetings and events or hospitality industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct research, analyse findings, and develop concept plans.
• Digital mindset with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Client-focused attitude with proactive disposition and cultural sensitivity.
• Financial planning and resource allocation skills are an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multi-functional and virtual teams effectively.
