QEHS Executive needed at Tampines - #1129620

Responsibility:

• Assist to establish, implement and maintain health and safety management systems in line with the ISO 45001 standards.

• Act as assistant secretary of the QEHS committee.

• Communicate with relevant stakeholder on QEHS related matters

• Conduct risk assessments and ensure the implementation of appropriate controls. Perform duties of a risk management leader.

• Assist RA teams to investigate and report writing for accidents, incidents, and near misses.

• Assist process owners with health and safety training to employees and promote a culture of safety.

• Perform data analysis, reviews, endorse and maintain QEHS retained documented information.

• Conduct periodic QEHS inspections.

• Promote on & off site EHS events & activities such as classroom & ERT trainings, campaigns, EHS Week etc.

• Periodically review the EHS documents based on the review period, change of management, activities or services

• Prepare training documents, safety bulletins and be updated with the latest information on legislation.

• Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Relevant diploma in Engineering or equivalent discipline.
