Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound cargo movements and ensure timely delivery to customers or airline docks.

• Liaise with airline representatives, freight agents, and internal teams to manage cargo documentation, special handling requests (e.g., perishables, valuables, DG), and cargo status updates.

• Verify and process cargo documentation such as air waybills (AWB), cargo manifests, and customs declarations.

• Handle discrepancies or cargo irregularities by coordinating with relevant departments.

• Support audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives in cargo operations.
