Job Scope

• Upload and download software and parameters to/from PC, machine and server

• Set up and adjust machines according to specifications, drawings or setup sheets

• Perform test runs to verify equipment functionality and product quality

• Calibrate and adjust machine settings for proper operation and quality output

• Ensure all machine components are properly aligned and functioning

• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues during setup

• Collaborate with Engineering during machine setup

• Support QC as needed during QC buy-off

• Maintain accurate setup records and documentation

• Assist in improvements for setup processes

Requirement

• NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering or other related disciplines

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Industrial Automation

• Proficient in CAD/CAM software will be advantage
