Job Scope:

• Lead and supervise Service Advisors, Customer Service Assistants and Admin staff across service centres

• Coordinate with Central and Parts Workshops to plan daily workshop jobs and workload

• Ensure vehicles are serviced quickly with good quality and on-time delivery

• Manage fleet and key account customers and maintain good service quality

• Support maintenance tender submissions for fleet and key account customers

• Prepare and submit quotations and invoices for fleet and key accounts when required

• Ensure staff make outbound calls to arrange service bookings and follow up on no-show customers

• Handle and assist in resolving customer complaints professionally

• Plan and organise workshop job allocation and manpower efficiently

• Ensure outstanding repair orders and parts requisitions are cleared promptly

• Maintain workshop inventory, cleanliness and 5S standards (if assigned to centre)

• Ensure smooth customer reception and high customer satisfaction

• Monitor service performance and customer feedback

• Identify training needs and support staff development

• Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Automotive, Business or related field

• Experience in automotive service centre or customer service operations preferred

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Basic knowledge of workshop operations and service processes

• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Willing to learn and support staff training and development

• Responsible, organised and a team player
