Job Description
Coordinate report preparation and printing with clients and internal departments.
Review, verify, and follow up on reports and outstanding documents.
Manage final report binding and arrange delivery to clients.
Handle scanning, digital filing, and general document management.
Maintain and retrieve working papers and ensure proper filing records.
Assist regional colleagues and support year-end file management and reporting
Job Requirement
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma or equivalent, with experience in administrative or document-handling roles preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to review documents accurately and ensure completeness.
Good organisational and time-management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and follow established workflows.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with scanning, filing, and digital document systems.
Good communication skills to coordinate with clients (including Mandarin speaking clients) , auditors, and internal teams.
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
