About the role

Our company is seeking an experienced Drafter to join our team in the Kaki Bukit East Region. This is a full-time position responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and designs to support our engineering projects.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare detailed layout, schematic drawings using CAD software

• Interpret engineering specifications and requirements to create accurate technical documentation

• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure drawings meet design specifications

• Maintain and update technical drawing libraries and databases

• Provide support and guidance to junior drafting staff as needed

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a Drafter in an engineering environment

• Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, BIM

• Strong technical drawing and modelling skills with an eye for detail

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics and specifications

• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
