Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities to expand customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Conduct regular client meetings to understand needs and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, follow up on tenders, and negotiate pricing or contracts.
Monitor market trends and gather feedback to support business planning.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned monthly or quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and updates for management review.
Requirements:
1–2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial, engineering, or related sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Possess Class 3 license (advantage).
