Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate loan applications from individuals and businesses

• Conduct credit checks and verify applicants’ financial information and supporting documents

• Advise clients on suitable loan products, interest rates, and repayment plans

• Prepare, process, and ensure timely completion of loan documentation

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations

• Follow up with clients on pending, approved, or disbursed applications

• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-loan support

• Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall loan growth
  

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification; finance/loan experience preferred.

• Knowledge of hire purchase loan processes will be an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
