Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 on-site IT support for end users (Windows & macOS environments)
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, MacBooks, tablets, printers, scanners, MFDs, and plotters
Perform preventive maintenance on workstations, laptops, and MacBooks
Handle IT helpdesk tickets, incidents, and service requests within SLA
Perform asset management for IT equipment and infrastructure devices
Coordinate with external vendors / 3rd-party support for escalations and repairs
Support software installation, patching, configuration, and basic testing
Assist users with MS Office 365 and common enterprise applications
Provide basic user training and guidance on IT devices and systems
Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and to user satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year hands-on Level 1 IT Support experience
Experience supporting Windows & macOS, hardware, and peripherals
Basic knowledge of MS Office 365, networking, and IT troubleshooting
Comfortable working on-site and interacting directly with users
Able to handle shift work and alternate Saturdays
