Responsibilities:

• Promote the company’s products and solutions to drive new business opportunities.

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts, including timely follow-up on enquiries.

• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and technical specifications.

• Conduct product presentations and provide support on product-related enquiries.

• Collaborate closely with consultants, architects, and interior designers

• Oversee and track project progress to ensure on-time completion.

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution

• Plan and execute marketing initiatives to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.

• Manage digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, display, and e-commerce platforms.

• Conduct market research to analyse trends, competitors, and customer behaviour.

• Create and edit marketing materials, including copywriting for brochures, press releases, and digital content.

• Maintain and update customer databases and marketing collaterals.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in project sales, key account management, or distributor/channel management.

• Experience in commercial or residential lighting solutions, bathroom fittings, plumbing products, tiles, home improvement, kitchen solutions, or smart bathroom systems will be an advantage.
