Responsibilities

• Register patients under appropriate categories such as Private, CHAS, CDMP, MBS, or Corporate.

• Assist doctors with medical procedures, including ECGs, dressing, and examinations.

• Pack and dispense prescribed medications to patients accurately.

• Collect payments and process claims for various insurance and managed care schemes.

• Schedule and manage patient appointments for follow-ups, treatments, and vaccinations.

• Perform daily e-submissions of claims and assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office

• Working experience in relevant industry
