About the Role
We are seeking a Product & Solutions Manager to spearhead the development, integration, and deployment of Smart Factory 4.0 solutions for clients in the semiconductor industry. The role bridges product ownership, customer success, and technology integration, supporting our mission to advance intelligent manufacturing and industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for semiconductor customers, managing key accounts and ensuring successful delivery of Smart Factory 4.0 projects.

• Define product roadmaps and strategies aligned with customer needs and industry trends.

• Work closely with R&D, software, and automation teams to design and deliver integrated Industry 4.0 solutions.

• Identify new opportunities for smart manufacturing adoption, such as data-driven process optimization, digital twin technology, and intelligent equipment monitoring.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to strengthen product positioning and value proposition.

• Deliver compelling solution presentations and product demonstrations to customers and partners.

• Support project execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction are met.

• Contribute to go-to-market and business development initiatives within the semiconductor sector.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering (or related field).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automation systems, semiconductor equipment integration, or industrial digitalization.

• Strong grasp of Smart Factory / Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, data analytics, MES integration, or AI-based manufacturing.

• Proven ability to manage key accounts, lead technical discussions, and coordinate cross-functional projects.

• Experience in product management, technical sales, or business development is an advantage.

• Proactive, analytical, and comfortable navigating between technical and business conversations.
