Service Technician (Building , M&E)

Job Scope

• Carry out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, including chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, generators, and related equipment.

• Conduct routine equipment inspections, identify and report abnormalities, and respond promptly to fault reports or user requests through the work request system.

• Oversee and coordinate external contractors during M&E maintenance, repair, and testing works.

• Perform scheduled testing such as generator test runs, and record job activities, findings, and recommendations using standard checklists.

Requirements :

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services

• Basic experience in building maintenance or facility operations

Technician (Mechanic)

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical systems for light and heavy vehicles.

• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and component replacements according to manufacturer guidelines.

• Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot vehicle faults efficiently while maintaining safety standards.

• Maintain accurate service records and ensure all maintenance work is properly documented.

• Assist in workshop operations and support team members on both on-site and off-site repairs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in repairing Continental or Japan brand vehicles.
