Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repair works

• Support senior technicians in HVAC/ACMV, electrical wiring, and building services

• Carry out routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and equipment servicing

• Respond to service requests and site issues in a timely manner

• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and good housekeeping at work sites

Job Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities, or related fields

• Basic knowledge or interest in HVAC/ACMV, electrical wiring, or building systems

• Willingness to learn, follow safety procedures, and work as part of a technical team
