Quantity Surveyor (Interior Design | 5 Days Work) - Up to $5,000 + Bonus - #1129492

• Position: Quantity Surveyor

• Location: Ubi

• Working hours: Monday to Thursday (9am - 6.30pm), Friday (9am - 6pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + Performance Bonus

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Interior Design
  

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct quantity take off, price, forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project 

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities

• Prepare forecast for monthly subcontractors payments 

• Liaise with the client and data entry of project expenses into system 

• Document progress claims, materials, and reports on project

• Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
  

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only

• At least Diploma holder and 3 years of relevant experience

• Prior experience in the Interior Design industry preferred
