Key Responsibilities:
Verify and process claims, invoices, and documents accurately
Perform data entry and maintain records
Assist with permit applications and notifications (LTA PROMPT / NLT MBS)
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Follow up with internal teams or vendors for missing information
Support ad-hoc projects and reporting
Requirements:
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, email)
Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
Willingness to learn new systems and software
Able to commit to a 1-year renewable contract
Training provided | Great exposure to office operations & claims management
