Senior BIM Coordinator (ACMV) - #1129276

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and coordinate for Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) system

• Prepare as-built drawings, shop drawings in 3D BIM Models of ACMV systems and authorities’ submission.

• Document submission of technical data, shop drawings etc. 

• Ensure the models align with the local regulatory standards and meet the requirements of the BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria

• Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform

• Coordinate with the design/project team on ventilation rates, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and equipment selection.

• Conduct clash detection and coordinate with other services

• Maintain records for changes and updates on drawings

• Assist the Project in-charge in determining the project schedule

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Have relevant working experience as a BIM Coordinator in Mechanical/ACMV for buildings/medical center/data center projects in the construction industry

• Proficiency in Revit and BIM software

• Familiar with Navisworks is an added advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve design issues
