F&B Management Trainee (Service / Back of House /Hot Kitchen)
Salary: Up to $3,400
Working Schedule: 5/6-day roster or 6 days | 55–60 hours weekly
Locations: Islandwide / Sentosa Hotel (based on deployment)
Job Responsibilities
1. Service Operations
Carry out daily front-of-house duties.
Execute service workflows in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene regulations and operational SOPs.
Support execution of promotions and store-level operating plans.
Perform tasks required for uninterrupted service operations.
2. Back-of-House / Hot Kitchen Operations
Prepare and cook menu items based on approved recipes and specifications.
Maintain food quality and consistency according to company standards.
Uphold food safety, sanitation, and workstation cleanliness requirements.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Conduct stock checks and ensure availability of ingredients.
3. Staff Administration
Assist in implementing staff scheduling, training activities and documentation.
Ensure adherence to workplace policies, employment regulations and safety procedures.
Maintain required employee records as assigned.
Support performance-related administrative processes.
4. Sales, Cost & Store Administration
Assist in monitoring sales results and operational costs.
Execute store marketing activities as instructed.
Support inventory control, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
Follow procedures for cash handling, opening/closing routines, and security checks.
5. Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements, emergency procedures and health regulations.
Report incidents and assist in investigations where required.
Maintain the physical condition of the store and equipment according to inspection standards.
6. Other Duties
Carry out additional operational tasks assigned by the management team.
Requirements
Degree in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or equivalent.
Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Relevant F&B experience is an advantage (for Service track).
