What You’ll Do
Manage customer’s enquiries from our digital platform (Webforms & Chats) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction.
Deliver appropriate solutions and alternatives within stipulated timelines to meet service KPIs.
Address a wide range of customer issues including high consumption, bill presentation, account opening/termination, and bill adjustments.
Payment arrangement (dunning block, instalment plan, payment deferment etc.)
Support other operational tasks and assignments as required to ensure smooth team functioning.
What You’ll Need:
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service and handling chat enquiries
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work
Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member
