We are seeking a Technical Project Manager who excels at the intersection of client relations and software engineering. You won't just be managing tasks; you will be the face of the company to our clients.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation (Computing degree and dev experience) but truly thrives on building high-trust client relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients feel heard, informed, and confident, even when navigating the complexities of remote software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Client Management & Advocacy
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all client stakeholders.
Masterfully manage expectations, ensuring clients understand technical trade-offs, timelines, and project constraints.
Lead high-stakes client meetings, presentations, and quarterly business reviews.
Navigate difficult conversations with diplomacy, transforming potential conflicts into collaborative solutions.
2. Technical Leadership & Delivery
Bridge the gap between client "vision" and technical "execution" by translating business needs into clear engineering requirements.
Leverage your software development background to vet technical solutions and provide realistic estimates to the client.
Oversee the full SDLC, ensuring that the remote team’s output aligns with the client’s quality standards.
3. Remote Team Orchestration
Lead and inspire a distributed team of developers, ensuring high morale and clear communication
Remove technical and administrative blockers to keep the development pipeline moving.
Facilitate a culture of accountability where remote engineers understand the impact of their work on the client’s success.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computing, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical field.
Technical Background: Solid professional experience in software development. You must be able to understand architectural discussions and review technical documentation.
Client Management: Proven track record of managing external clients, ideally in a consultancy or agency environment. You possess exceptional emotional intelligence and negotiation skills.
Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills. You can simplify complex technical jargon for non-technical executives.
Remote Mastery: Experience managing projects and teams in a 100% remote environmen.
