Job Description

RFQ Package Download & Logging

1) Download RFQ package.
2) Request information on BU, EAUs.
3) Logging and maintain RFQ Log.

PO Receive & Tracking

1) Daily download of open PO report in customer's portal to identify new/changes in PO.
2) Check in item master if there are existing IM, if yes, check revision, if no, follow per item 3.
3) Send and update IM tracker to Program Team (Commercial & Technical) and follow up on IM creation.

Sales Order loading & Acknowledgement to customer's PO

1)Sales Order loading based on Master List for quoted lead time.
2) Firming.
3) Check with production team on commit dates to customers.
4) Acknowledgement of PO received and commit dates to customer.

5) Maintain and update SO need date, track & monitor OTD with reference to customer’s need by date.

Planning (Spot Buy, PACE & DASH)

1) Review and manage schedule of commit dates.
2) Expediting parts.

Shipping Arrangements

1) Check stock availability & storage location checking prior for shipment arrangement.
2) To handle Shipment for local & overseas.
3) Shipment updates; Printing PTN, packing SDN, mark shipments/packages.

Invoices/Payment & Others

1) Follow up on invoicing & payment issues between ETLA & AMAT

Other information:

• Working Hours : 8.15am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)

• Location : Changi North

• Company Bus : Pick up at Ang Mo Kio, Yishun, Hougang, Punggol, Pasir Ris, Bedok, Tampines MRT/Interchanges
