Electrical Foreman - #1129146

Jobs Description:

1.      Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and equipment.

2.      Plan and schedule site activities to ensure smooth and timely progress.

3.      Supervise and coordinate site works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.

4.      Lead and manage site workers and subcontractors effectively.

5.      Monitor work progress according to drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

6.      Liaise with architects, main contractors, subcontractors, and consultants for project coordination.

7.      Attend site meetings, briefings, and inspections.

8.      Respond promptly to urgent or emergency situations at site.

9.      Prepare and maintain site documentation such as progress reports, testing and inspection records.

10.  Prepare material requisitions and check deliveries to ensure compliance with purchase orders.

Requirements:

·         ITE Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Civil engineering or Equivalent

·         Must have Construction Experience especially experience in HDB project or Condominium

·         At least 3 years experience in project supervision/electrical contracting

·         AutoCAD/BIM/ Revit Knowledge will be an advantage.
