Pest Control Job Requirements

General Requirements (Applicable to All Positions)

• Minimum age: 18 years old.

• Able to read and understand safety instructions (in English or local language).

• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.

• Comfortable working in environments with insects, rodents, and chemicals (with PPE).

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or shift schedules when required.

• Good work attitude, responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Skills & Abilities

• Able to carry equipment (10–25 kg).

• Able to follow instructions from technician or supervisor.

• Basic communication skills.

• Ability to perform simple spraying, fogging, or baiting tasks under supervision.
