Plant Maintenance Supervisor / Superintendent
5 days ( Monday - Friday )
Location: Pioneer ( Company Transport Provided )
Basic Salary: $4500 - $5500

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of core utilities, including 22kV electrical, compressed air, chilled water, fire protection and wastewater systems.

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections and scheduled shutdowns.

• Manage system performance, reliability and compliance with statutory and environmental requirements.

• Lead installation, commissioning and modification of production machines and facility equipment.

• Support renovation, upgrading and project works, including planning, budgeting and documentation.

• Supervise and train technicians, manage manpower allocation and ensure emergency readiness.

• Uphold strong safety practices and ensure adherence to all EHS policies and regulations.

• Coordinate and manage vendors/contractors for maintenance, testing and inspection activities.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, utility logs and audit documentation.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, reduce energy usage and optimise maintenance processes.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of 22kV electrical systems, chillers, compressors, water treatment, cooling systems, and other industrial utilities.

• Strong understanding of workplace safety, fire protection, and environmental compliance.

• Able to lead a technical team
