Inventory Controller (Valves & Piping) - #1129079

Our Client:

• Oil & Gas Industry

• Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm

• West - Boon Lay

• Company transport provided at Tampines / Macpherson / Lakeside MRT

• Basic UP $3000 + Performance Bonus
  

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including transfers and cycle counts.

• Monitor monthly safety stock levels to support customer orders.

• Lead annual stock take and ensure proper item code usage by the sales team.

• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies between system records and physical counts.

• Analyse product sales, stock turnover and inventory levels to support planning.

• Prepare and maintain inventory reports for accuracy and tracking.

• Identify and implement improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.

• Handle purchase orders, payments, and coordinate with finance on any issues.

• Work with forwarders/couriers to plan shipping schedules and fulfil orders.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in valves, pipes & fittings.
