Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Senior Executive to support marketing, outreach, and admissions activities for a leading business school. The role involves coordinating communications, supporting marketing initiatives, and assisting with student recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing and Admissions Support

• Manage the admissions email account and handle enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

• Support marketing initiatives including social media content creation and communication materials.

• Track and analyse competitors’ media communication activities, providing updates to the team.

• Prepare reports for management as required.

Student Outreach and Recruitment

• Assist with logistics and administration for outreach events and activities.

• Participate in outreach events at pre-university institutions.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong multitasking and coordination skills.

• Outgoing personality and comfortable interacting with diverse groups.

• Experience in an Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) is an advantage.

• Comfortable with taking up 6 months contract position
