Responsible for leading the Visual Mechanical(VM)/ Tape and Reel team on the maintenance and repair on any of the following equipment such as, ICOS, Ismeca & Pentamaster - Tape and Reel machines / scanners.
Ensures timely completion of several complex independent tasks or manages a complex project by providing technical direction to line technicians.
Formulates concepts and gains support and commitment for ideas within team
Communicates with others to solve difficult problems
Drive Overall Equipment Efficiency and productivity improvement

Required Experience and Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Chemical/ Material Science or Diploma with min 3 years experience in similar field
Hands on experience in handling Equipment of Tape and Reel, Laser and Camera Vision Inspection
