Deputy Head (Modular Construction) - #1129042

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with proven management expertise to join our Modular Construction team

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects involving modular construction with a strong understanding of real estate developers’ requirements.

• Drive business development initiatives, manage client engagement, and maintain strong relationships.

• Oversee project cash flow, mitigate business risks, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and maintain adequate insurance coverage.

• Coordinate with logistics providers to manage the end-to-end supply and delivery of modular units across international locations, including licensing and last-mile delivery.

• Source and negotiate with building material suppliers; establish a comprehensive supply management system to support factory production.

• Collaborate with the team to implement quality assurance processes during factory production and delivery to site.

• Ensure mobility and readiness to travel for project needs.

 Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or Architecture, with at least 10 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate development projects.

• Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) to liaise effectively with overseas Mandarin-speaking counterparts.

• Proven experience in modular construction, supply chain coordination, and risk management.

• Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and supplier negotiation.

• Ability to manage complex logistics and oversee international delivery processes.
