Overview
We are seeking a proactive Talent Sourcing professional to drive strategic talent acquisition and pipeline development for diverse and niche roles across IT, administrative, and operations functions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Management
Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks).
Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles.
Conduct initial candidate screening and assess fit with organisational culture.
Track and manage candidate data and market insights within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Market Intelligence & Stakeholder Partnership
Provide insights on talent supply, compensation trends, and competitor activity in Singapore and APAC.
Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition partners to understand hiring priorities.
Candidate Experience
Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a professional and engaging candidate experience.
Craft personalised outreach messages to attract high-quality candidates.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of dedicated talent sourcing experience.
Proven track record in sourcing for diverse and niche roles.
Strong proficiency with sourcing tools, Boolean logic, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking platforms.
Experience in market mapping and providing actionable talent intelligence to stakeholders.

Salary: $6,000 – $6,500 per month
