3D Designer (Events & Window Displays)

We’re looking for a 3D Designer with a strong sense of design and technical know-how to bring events, window displays, and brand activations to life. You should have hands-on experience in event production, be familiar with materials and fabrication techniques, and be confident in producing technical drawings for build and installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design 3D concepts for events, window displays, and installations

• Produce accurate technical drawings and build specifications

• Develop mood boards, sketches, and high-quality renderings

• Work closely with internal teams, fabricators, and production crews

• Translate brand concepts into immersive spatial experiences

• Refine designs to suit budgets, site constraints, and production feasibility

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior, Exhibition, or Spatial Design

• Proficiency in SketchUp is a must.

• Proficiency in V-Ray, AutoCAD or similar tools

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event production or a related field

• Strong understanding of materials, fabrication methods, and installation processes

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite for layout and presentation

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Bonus

• Experience with luxury, retail, or experiential brand activations

• Familiarity with on-site setup and safety protocols
