Responsibilities:

• Set and achieve targets for throughput, service revenue, profitability, retention, and customer satisfaction by implementing effective processes, performance controls, and continuous monitoring.

• Plan, organize, and enhance workshop efficiency by maximizing productivity and manpower utilization while maintaining high service and repair standards aligned with brand principal requirements. Conduct workshop time analyses at least once a week.

• Ensure strict adherence to 5S housekeeping practices to maintain cleanliness and orderliness across all service centre areas. Uphold full compliance with MOM workplace safety and health regulations.

• Provide timely support for escalated customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints by engaging customers directly and coordinating with customer relations and relevant departments to ensure effective service recovery.

• Oversee all procurement activities for the service centre in line with corporate policies and brand principal guidelines, while consistently tracking and analyzing spending to ensure cost efficiency.

• Plan and manage aftersales manpower needs, and implement development plans through regular performance reviews to promote continuous improvement in work attitude, capability, and overall performance.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Engineering-related fields, with a minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience.

• Prior professional experience within the service division of an automotive dealership.

• Strong leadership qualities complemented by excellent analytical skills.
