Workshop Technician Supervisor (Up $4k, West, Office hours) - #1128970

1 year contract (renewable)
Up $4k basic + vb
Mon - Fri, 8am to 6pm. *must be open to OT after working hours or weekends if required
Location: Joo Koon region

Duties:

• Managed repair centre operations, workflow planning, and staffing

• Supervised technician performance, training, and performance management

• Ensured compliance with processes, quality standards, and audit requirements

• Monitored KPIs and prepared performance and SLA reports

• Coordinated with Engineering, Procurement, and customers on repairs and failures

• Led equipment calibration, tool management, and capability improvements

• Provided logistics support across field sites and internal teams

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of relevant experience with supervisory experience
