Responsibilities:
* Application Support: Provide Level 1 support for SAP S/4HANA modules and the CPQ application, handling user queries, issues, and incident resolutions.
* Issue Management: Troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve incidents, escalating to higher-level support teams when necessary.
* Change Requests: Collaborate with process owners and business teams to gather and document enhancement requirements.
* Testing & Validation: Develop and execute UAT scenarios with business users, ensuring validation of system fixes, enhancements, and updates before production rollout.
* Process Improvement: Analyse recurring issues to identify process gaps and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
* Documentation: Record recurring issues, maintain updated knowledge base articles, and assist in conducting user training sessions.
* Communication: Facilitate effective communication and coordination among IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
* Compliance & Standards: Ensure all SAP-related activities comply with IT policies, security protocols, and change management standards.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience providing IT application support in an end-user environment.
* Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA with exposure to SD, FI, MM, and CS modules.
* Familiarity with SAP CX Cloud, CPQ systems, or other CRM applications is an advantage.
* Basic knowledge of process management principles.
* Understanding of project management concepts is preferable.
* Hands-on experience with incident management, service desk tools, and change management processes.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support diverse user groups.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and external vendors.
* Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
* Capable of working under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and quality.
* Ability to translate business requirements into effective functional solutions.
