Location: Islandwide ( West / Central/East)
Compensation: Basic + Up to 3 months’ bonus
Working Days & Hours: Office Hours, 5.5 Workweek
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide friendly and helpful support during the registration process.
Appointment Booking: Arrange appointments and handle calls and emails quickly and clearly.
Admin Tasks: Help with general office work to keep things running smoothly.
Billing: Ensure bills are prepared accurately and on time.
Client Support: Prepare documents for consultations and accompany clients when needed.
Other Tasks: Support the team with any other duties as required.
Requirements:
GCE N/O Level, Nitec, or similar qualification
Friendly and service-oriented attitude
Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Candidates with relevant experience are advantageous
