Job Description:
Receiving and Verifying Documents
Verify Customer Shipping Requirements and Mode
Ensure Sales orders are issued, and billing are done timely & accurately with all necessary supporting documents in ERP system.
Ensure documents are updated in excel and communicate information to Operations Team.
Match packing documents with shipment management system (SMS)
Perform ERP system such as Purchase Request, Receipt and Stock Transfer.
Weekly and monthly cycle count validation and updating into ERP system.
Communicate with customers through Email/Teams/Phones to achieve and meet customer requirements。
Liaise with various team to fulfil customer's order when needed.
Job Requirement
Diploma or above
Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook)
Able to adapt into a fast paced yet meticulous role
With 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment
Team player
Able to commit to OT
Working Location: Greenwich Drive
Working Hour: 8:30am to 5:30pm or 8:30pm to 5:30am (Monthly Rotating)
