Job Description:
Process monthly payroll accurately and timely using Frontier Payroll software
Administer employee benefits including health insurance, medical claim, and leave entitlements
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, CPF regulations, and tax requirements
Prepare and submit statutory reports (e.g., IR8A, Appendix 8A, IR21) and government surveys
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, leave, and benefits with professionalism and care
Maintain up-to-date payroll data and accurate employee records
Generate and analyze payroll reports for the management
Support audits and reconciliations related to payroll and statutory submissions
Collaborate with HR team on total rewards and employee wellbeing initiatives
Requirements:
At least 3 years' experience in payroll processing and benefits administration
Hands-on experience with Frontier Payroll software (preferred)
Sound knowledge of Singapore's employment laws, CPF, and tax requirements
Meticulous attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and a solution-oriented mindset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High standards of integrity and confidentiality
