Our client is seeking a dynamic HR Shared Services & Systems Specialist to support innovation and excellence in their global HR operations. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of HR services by enhancing systems, streamlining processes, and delivering actionable insights through data.
Responsibilities
Implement initiatives to grow and optimize the HR Shared Services Center.
Collaborate with IT and HR teams to improve HR systems functionality and user experience.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with SOX and enterprise-level standards.
Generate and maintain HR dashboards and reports for analytics, compliance, and decision-making.
Provide strong support and training on HRMIS platforms to HR teams and employees.
Advise business leaders on HR systems, policies, and data-driven workforce strategies.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR Shared Services, HRIS, or HR transformation roles—preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
Strong knowledge of Enterprise HR systems and data analysis tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, self-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced global environment.
A collaborative team player with a passion for continuous improvement.
