About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and resourceful individual to join our team as a Senior/ Executive, Employee Engagement & Admin Support. If you love organizing events, building connections, and creating a positive work environment, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do
Welcome & Onboard:
Prepare welcome packs and coordinate buddy introductions for new hires.
Conduct Day-1 induction and monthly orientation sessions.
Ensure completion of core values training and gather feedback at key milestones.
Engage & Inspire:
Plan and execute monthly welfare programs, festive celebrations and recognition initiatives and awards.
Create engaging EDMs and internal communications for corporate messages and celebrations.
Celebrate & Connect:
Organize team-building activities, CSR projects and company-wide events that boost morale and foster collaboration.
Lead office decoration efforts for festive occasions to create a warm, vibrant environment.
Support & Coordinate:
Manage the logistics for quarterly town halls, leadership forums and skip-level sessions.
Provide backup support for office management, visitor handling and VIP meetings.
Track and monitor training plans and programs.
Manage training claims and documentation for funding approvals.
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, exit interviews and clearance.
Champion Culture:
Spearhead initiatives that reinforce company values and create a sense of belonging.
Be the go-to person for ideas that make work exciting and meaningful.
