This is a fantastic opportunity to join Tin Box as a Procurement Administrator. You will be responsible for the efficient and cost-effective procurement of goods and services to support the company's operations.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and processing purchase orders in a timely manner
Liaising with suppliers to negotiate favourable terms and conditions
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities
Monitoring inventory levels and initiating replenishment orders as required
Assisting with the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures
Providing administrative support to the procurement, admin, operations team as needed
Monthly preparation of supplier’s invoices and tallying of SOA
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as emails, invoices, maintaining information files, and processing paperwork
Any other ad-hoc duties as required
What we're looking for
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in the use of procurement software and Microsoft Office applications
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
