About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Aquagreen Southeast Pte Ltd as a Human Resources and Finance Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR and finance functions of the company, ensuring efficient operations and supporting the continued growth of the organisation. Based in the Bedok North East Region, this position will play a critical role in maintaining a positive work environment and driving the company's strategic initiatives.
What you'll be doing
Manage all HR-related activities, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, and staff development
Oversee the company's financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practices
Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address staffing needs, and implement effective training and development programmes
Provide strategic advice and support to managers on HR and finance-related matters
Maintain accurate records and prepare relevant reports for management and regulatory authorities
Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting employee engagement and wellbeing
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in a combined HR and finance management role, preferably in FMCG or food and beverage industry
Proven track record of successfully managing HR and finance operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and financial management principles
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in the use of HR and finance-related software and technologies
Degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
ACCA, CIMA, or other relevant professional certifications would be an advantage
Working experience with regional office would be an advantage
Less experience can be considered as Assistant Human Resources and Finance Manager
