Accounts Executive (Diploma/AR & AP/Changi Airfreight Centre) - #1128799

Responsibilities:

•             Responsible for Accounts Receivable, Account Payable & General Ledger

•             To liaise with supplier / forwarder for imports, shipments losses / survey & cost verification

•             Assist in preparation and closing of management accounts reporting.

•             Responsible for quarterly reports & GST submission

•             Co-ordination and support of year end audits, tax filing and company secretarial matter.

•             Communication to clients, brokers, insurers, auditors, and tax agents

•             General office administration duties

•             Process staff reimbursement and claim forms.

•             Oversee the contracts and documentations of the operations.

•             Liaise with customers, shipping agents & terminal operators.

•             Provide regular update to HQ.

•             Computer skill and knowledge of relevant software

Requirements:

•             Minimum Diploma or LCCI in Accounting

•             At least 2 year(s) of working experience in AR & AP

•             Good interpersonal skills and communications skill, goal oriented and mature

•             Computer literate

•             Independent, meticulous, and mature

•             Ability to lead a diverse group.

•             Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

•             Experienced in Freight-chartering.

•             Familiar with vessel operations
