To carry out inspection of Client properties including returned properties and all follow-up actions to monitor and report compliance with requirements provided by client 

Non-compliance to statutory requirements, e.g. 

- Unapproved building works and any additions/alterations, 

- Fire Safety Hazards, 

- Unapproved usage or change of usage of premises, 

- Illegal activities in premises e.g. illegal dumping, gambling, etc, 

- Unapproved worker’s dormitory; 

- Unapproved sales of diesel; 

b) Unapproved subletting; 

c) Encroachment; 

d) Poor Maintenance/Housekeeping; and 

e) Unauthorised reclamation. 

Requirement :

Diploma in any Discipline 

Certified  Fire Safety Manager
