What You Will Be Doing

• Provide outstanding customer support through phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Understand customer needs by researching existing issues and offering solutions that address their concerns clearly and accurately.

• Handle first-contact resolution and perform follow-ups with internal stakeholders to ensure cases are closed in line with service standards.

• Offer constructive feedback to improve workflows, tools, and internal processes.

• Deliver top-quality service to ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to service guidelines.

• Build meaningful customer relationships and engage them with a helpful, proactive approach.

• Support additional tasks assigned by management, contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team.

Who We Are Looking For

• Prior Customer Service / Call Centre experience will be advantageous.

• Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with keyboard-intensive tasks.

• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented mindset.
