Logistics and Warehouse Operations Manager - #1128725

We are seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics and warehouse functions for our supply chain enablement business. You will manage service providers, optimize processes, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive delivery performance through effective KPIs and continuous improvement. This role requires a strong operations leader who can ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective logistics execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s full logistics and warehouse operations, acting as the primary liaison with service providers and suppliers.

• Lead and manage the delivery team to ensure efficient and timely operations.

• Organize and scale the logistics team to meet evolving business requirements.

• Implement and uphold policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve cost-effective performance.

• Establish and monitor KPIs to drive service provider performance and enhance operational efficiency.

• Ensure logistics operations meet delivery standards and implement effective inventory control methods.

• Maintain accountability for inventory accuracy and condition, supported by regular reports and performance analysis.

• Review invoices for accuracy and compliance with agreed rates, tariffs, and customs regulations.

• Ensure adherence to domestic and international shipping laws and regulatory requirements.

• Optimize logistics workflows, asset utilization, and warehouse space planning.

• Ensure high order accuracy and fulfillment quality.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Logistics and/or Supply Chain or related field.

• 7 Years relevant experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, order processing and customer service.

• At least 2 years of managerial experience needed

• Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills

• Good analytical skills

• Able to work under pressure / perform to deadlines and solve problems

• Candidates who possessed various class of driving license will have an added advantage
