Job Responsibilities:
· Provide direct support to the Operations Manager in day-to-day operations and project coordination.
· Assist with scheduling, logistics, and resource planning for signage and event projects.
· Assist in procurement and inventory management, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
· Assist in liaising with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project requirements.
· Handle administrative tasks such as documentation and filling.
· Any ad hoc duties assigned from time-to-time.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent; Diploma preferred.
· 1-2 years of experience in operations or event coordination is an advantage.
· Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and enhance personal value.
· Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Willing to sacrifice time when necessary to complete responsibilities and meet deadlines.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic administrative tools.
